When Damian and Ryan last met prior to a Swans game in Geelong Ryan gave Damian some great cycling advice and shared a few cycling stories. Ryan actually rides to training every day which is about a 5km trip each way and does a 30km loop at least once per week (averaging around 34/35kph). During the off season he enjoys having the freedom to get out and tackle much longer distances.
